Why go to "Videoguys's" website for driver? Why not just go right to
pinnaclesys.com and get their support download.

WARNING...WARNING...WARNING!!!
Go to the Dv500 forum and read about the PROPER way to upgrade your
drivers... simply installing new over old WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY
If you do not follow the directions found on the Dv500 forum, you WILL
wind up with a card and/or editing software that will not work

I am using a Dell Dimension 8200 with a GeForce MX420 and XP
with the 4.5 drivers and Premiere 6.5
Everything works perfect, but I STRONGLY suggest a clean
install of XP and the rest of the software.
That's right folks ! A Dell Dimension 8200 with an MX420
and NO FRAME DROPS !
'Course the downside is that I have nothing but Premiere on
that computer. I keep all my other stuff on a second machine
which I don't use for editing. Premiere and Pinnacle get cranky
when you have too much stuff installed in Windows.
