FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

COMPETITIVE UPGRADE FOR MPEG ENCODING

You really want the best MPEG encoder available, but your budget is
tight, and so you've had to purchase a low-cost encoding solution. Now
you can have the best of both worlds.

Digigami announces a competitive upgrade policy for owners of competing
software and hardware MPEG encoding solutions. From now until April 31,
1998, you can purchase the full version of MegaPEG 1.0 for just $89. And
that price includes one free electronic upgrade to Version 1.5, when it
becomes available.

As an added bonus, registered users of Adobe Premiere can get the full
version of Digigami X-stream for another $89. That's $1000 worth of
software for just $178.

We just don't want you to be stuck with what we think is a second rate
MPEG solution.

Just send or FAX us a copy of the front page of the product's manual, or
CDROM jacket. If you send us the original packaging, CDROM and license
agreement, you can have MegaPEG 1.0 for just $49. Now how's that for a
trade up!

It sounds to me like you don't know that one of your main competition
(Xing) was available for download from the 'net.... Will make
difficult (to say the least) to produce a CD jacket... <GGG>
