Hi. I am considering buying either the JVC DVM70U or the Sony DCR-PC1, but
I can't decide. They both seem to offer what I'm looking for in a digital
camcorder in my price range, but what I'm really concerned about is the
motor noise showing up on the recordings. From what I've read this is a
problem with these cameras, and most digital camcorders. Does anyone have
an opinion on these two cameras? Any complaints or praises?

Much thanks in advance for any info.

Kris

Those comments can be debated, the docking station is a plus but the snapshots suck on the JVC even with the flash. I was not impressed with the low light
performance of the JVC.
