Help: Miro DC30 Plus Problem

I just installed my new miro DC30 plus. Works great, most of the time.
After a few captures, I start getting
radical flickering on the NTSC and overlay on playback of the clips,
sometimes it turns to a green or lavander colored maze pattern. If I
re-boot the system if fixes it, for a short time. Any ideas what would
cause this? I'm running the latest drivers on this system:

200MMX
Win95
128 Mg Ram
5.1 gig Ultra DMA 33 Drive
3.1 gig Ultra DMA 33 Drive
9.1 gig fast/wide SCSI Quantum Atlas II
Adaptec 2940W
Diamond Stealth II S220

Please help...

Is your processor a Pentium 11 ?

If so you need to change an entry in your system file.

If you only see this effect in the overlay window and
do not see it on the NTSC monitor connected to the
output of the DC30plus, then reduce your graphic board
resolution and color depth to 800x600 16 bot color.

If you see the distortion in both places, it could be
caused by too high of a datarate on capture or
you may have a memory conflict. See the DC30 manual
for moving the DC30 memory range
