Oh the horror of it! How could anyone go on living having received a
ticket with the wrong cop's name on it? Imagine that silly people are
keeping themselves busy worrying about global warming or Darfur when
such malevolent injustice is afoot in Edmonton.
Particularly when it involves the US photo-radar company that was charged with
BRIBING local crooked cops, to get the contract in the first place!
Is there no end to crooked Edmonton cops?

if the name of an officer who was not present appears on the ticket,
then that officer can not verify that in fact he or she was present at
the time.
This is important if in fact facts of the ticket were in dispute by the
person in reciept of the ticket.
Whenever an officer stops you- even so little as to tell you to fix a
tail light, you are considered arrested.
If you choose to dispute this arrest, that is your right- but you should
do so with your arresting officer in attendance.
Therefore, who is this third person- this other cop whose name appears
on the ticket?
a third party, entered after the fact?
