Any suggestions are appreciated. I do not dislike or hate Muslims but

You are being stupid.
Should I avoid America because of snipers, etc. etc. etc.
All religions have nutters among them. If I wanted to be controversial I'd

population, have been responsible for more religious killings than any other
group in the past couple of years.

Bali was a disaster in waiting. Sex trade tourism in a predominantly
Muslim country is a bit of a provocation.
On sex trade, not just targeting white males. But, as I understand, it
was also a favorite destination for middle-agent bored Japanese females.
(Not an excuse. OTOH it was foolish to go there.)

So are "skin heads" and any other group of militant

that may no longer be particularly safe, either.) Just

Care to compare the numbers of innocent civilians killed in that area?
I guarantee they are substantially higher for the number of Islamic

Because they don't appear to know. The guy in question was a prolific
Internet forum user, but while it's quite clear he loved to blow things
up, there has been very little prior indication that he was actively
homicidal. The detonation in the shopping mall (as opposed to some
other perhaps inanimate target) may have been accidental -- although
why would he put shrapnel in it then?

At the conclusion of the Police investigation, does the press in Finland

That's no surprise. The Indonesian government was well aware of the fact
that Indonesia is infested with terrorists and that tourist spots would
be most likely be targeted. Locals were forbidden to go to nite clubs
where tourists congregated. You don't think the government was going to
warn the tourists that they were at risk?
It was "Jaws" all over again! The Indonesian government refused to even

tourists.

Travel and trade has always been an important livelihood here on Bali.
Our working people are the ones suffering immediatly and the most from
the economic fall-out from the disco blast in Kuta, the party animal
destinaton of our island. The best way to help make this part of the
world safe again is to please come back. Just stay out of crowded
places, stay sober and keep a low profile, just like your mom & dad
(and all Foreign Ministers' offices) always have recommended.
We are shocked and berearved. But we know: People came back to New
York after 9/11, they will come also come back to Bali soon.
Here's our incentive:
A week after the murderous bomb blast in a crowded disco here, the
beautiful island of Bali is shocked but ready to receive visitors as
usual and treat them with the same or even more intense hospitality
and respect.
Our eco-tourism business "Bali Cruise", a small personal and business
partnership of multi-national and multi-cultural locals and expats, is
alive, unharmed and well!
Airlines and ferries are back to business as usual and new travellers
looking for bargains, a great climate, and a clean environment are
already arriving. Not the usual consumer-party-animal-tourists we get
here a lot of, but mostly backpackers, families, retirees, investors,
even humanitarians seeking to help the locals. We've heard the
question many times already from new arrivals: "Where can we donate
blood?" Good Karma! And a big THANK YOU, brothers and sisters!
We've been here for many years and are not leaving! However, we need
some new business to make up for the cancellations we undestandably
got, and can keep the hired local help employed and our bills paid.
Therefore we invite you to name your own price for our private sailing
cruises on the Shangri La, our 47' trimaran, and hillside villas on
Bali.
Any combination of land and sea days, up to 8 people, is possible. A
daycruise for a small group, or overnight cruises to the outlying
islands, alls the way to Komodo Island, if you wish.
Check out http://www.bali-cruise.com and then e-mail us with your
