I was on a plane coming home from Cancun last night with a lot
of upset Club America customers. They changed the flight twice
before we left on you trip and once after we arrived. They didn't
get word of the flight change to several on our plane, so they ended
up sitting in the Cancun airport for 12 hours yesterday.
Is this typical for Club America?
