My brothers flight from Newark to Ottawa in January was canceled due
to a snow storm. AC promised him a full refund of the ticket price at
that time! They have since broken their word and won't give him his
money back since these are non-refundable tickets. He no longer needs
to travel to Ottawa so he's out over 400$US. Is there a government or
consumer organization which he can contact to help him get his money back?
Any suggestions are appreciated!
