Hi all. I have an application for a 6 month free UA Mileage Plus First
Card Visa or Mastercard. Here are the terms on the offer:

1) No Annual Fee for the first 6 months.
2) Free $25 United Airlines discount certificate
3) Free United Airlines 1,000 mile upgrade certificate
4) One Mileage Plus mile for every dollar in purchases on the card.

Is that the one where you get 5000 miles to your Mileage Plus account
for everyone who signs up under your name? What's the annual fee on the
card after the first six months?

I have one of these cards. The annual fee is $65.00 per year.
