and Captiva Islands. Located in Seascape these beautiful beachfront
vacation condos are located on the gulf of Mexico. Teal blue water,
dancing dolphins, manatees and warm white sand. All the seashells you can
imagine. Quiet life or night life, you can choose!

The 6 acre complex named Seascape has swaying palms, a large Heated pool
overlooking the white sand Gulf beaches. On the bay side are fishing
docks, boat slips, a common party deck, several tennis courts, etc.

We have a one bedroom condo, in a clean and safe area, with spectacular
views of the beach from the lanai and a view of the tennis courts, bay
and mangroves from the rear. This vacation condo is located in a
buildings with elevators, on the 2nd floor of a 7 story complex. This air
conditioned unit is on the beachfront with a fully equipped kitchen
[microwave, dishwasher, etc.] washer & dryer, cable, phone, linens and
towels. Furnished & appointed to exacting specifications .

Rental Rates:
April 15 to December 15: $1995/Monthly
December 15 to April 15: $2995/Monthly
25% deposit to hold reservation.
No pets and non-smokers only.

Must be able to enjoy a nice quiet setting with beautiful sunsets.
