There is one Spanish language school in Panama, but it
is located on a busy truck road and the noise is very
distracting. In my case, it made study impossible, but
I am more sensitive to noise than some others. It is
run by a Costa Rican group. They are affiliated with
Amerispan, which has a web page than any search engine
will locate for you.

OK Jack, since we all know how much you like (better say - dislike)
Panama, let s help out Fabian here and not be so negative (never heard of
that Amerispan, BTW)

Fabian, the US Information Agency, run by your tax dollars, set up a
school called Panusa mainly to teach English to locals but apparently
they teach Spanish too. Their numbers are in Panama 232-6718/6719/7291
and Fax: 232-7292.

You can see the Panama USIA website at http://www.pty.com/usia or type
"panusa" into a search engine.

If you are really interested, I can email your query to a teacher there.

Hello!

Of course it is possible. have a look by Ailola Latino. They have schools in Panama City, Boquete and Bocas del Toro. also in other countries in South America and Central America. Is a great school, I can really recommend you!
