Pacific beaches of Nicaragua

I know that this is a shot in the dark, but I am looking for some info. on
the locations of two Pacific coast beaches in Nicaragua. Specifically, I
am looking for a place called "Punta Reloj" and also another beach called
"El Castillo."
Also, would anyone know where I can get some detailed maps of Nicaragua
and Central America?
