I am looking for info on how to find suitable properties since there
is no MLS and also how to find a good real estate lawyer so things are
done properly. Also any tips on what you can bring into Mexico to
furnish a house would be appreciated, especially bringing in a
computer.

Did what? I don't know what you're trying to say. Do you mean not
allowing Mexicans to own property without restrictions or what?
