Info on buying real estate in Mexico

We are thinking about getting a small house or townhouse in Ensenada
for vacation use, probably 3-4 months per year total. I know there are
legal restrictions on non-Mexican citizens owning property there which
can be solved by use of a bank trust.

I am looking for info on how to find suitable properties since there
is no MLS and also how to find a good real estate lawyer so things are
done properly. Also any tips on what you can bring into Mexico to
furnish a house would be appreciated, especially bringing in a
computer.
