Mr. Sisker is a T/A who childishly competes with one or more of T/As here,
gives out erroneous information and claims to be so busy that he does not
need business from anyone on rtc, yet has asked right here on rtc for a list
of people to spam for business...The only way that I see his posts now is
when someone answers him as I have him blocked...he lives in a world of his
own, so please excuse him for thinking that only people in the USA might be
seeing his posts. Too bad, if he were more professional, people might take
him seriously.

The answer to your question is NO, this is not an exclusively USA
based newsgroup. Feel free to ask questions about cruises worldwide.
There are many here who have done cruises in more exotic areas than
the Caribbean and Alaska.

On occasion, I've seen a decent response or two from some on this newsgroup
from outside the United States. And, of course, the cruise lines themselves
offer worldwide destinations, if that is indeed what we're asking here. Yet,
it is hardly worth the time and effort of "raising to the bait" from those
at the low-end of the spectrum on this newsgroup. Let's just stick to the
actual point of these posts, and ignore the innuendos of those with
absolutely nothing of value to say.
