MIAMI FL, May 25
Costa Cruises has announced the relocation of its North American
headquarters to Hollywood, Florida, as of May 29, 2001.

Currently located in Miami, Costa's 100-staff North American office is
responsible for all of Costa's sales, marketing and reservations for
the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.

``This new location puts us closer to our winter homeport of Port
Everglades and also allows for future expansion as our company
continues to grow,'' stated Dino Schibuola, President and CEO of Costa
Cruises. Costa currently has five new ships entering service in the
next three years including the 36,700-ton CostaTropicale in June 2001,
the 54,000-ton yet-to- be-named transfer from Holland America's fleet
in 2002, a yet-to-be-named 86,000-ton sister ship to the
CostaAtlantica in 2003 and two yet-to-be-named 105,000-ton vessels in
2003 and 2004.
