Poor little Kelley Marie Ferguson has been in jail since last month having
been denied bail for her little prank on the Legend of the Seas. If she
gets the max (which I seriously doubt), she's looking at ten years. She'll
probably plead out and get probation; I'm guessing she won't get to cruise
anymore either (no problem here or there). Wonder if her boyfriend will
wait for her? Here's the story:

http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/national/AP-BRF-Cruise-Ship-Threat.html

It goes without saying that the passengers who got their cruises chunked are
probably out of luck--the ones who complain the loudest may get a coupon for
$50 off their next cruise, if that.

Here is my problem,

I don't own RCI stock. I own CCL, but this could have happened to either of
us, and there has to be a way for there to be fiscal responsibility.

This kind of stuff cannot happen, and when it does, someone has to be
responsible, and not us stockholders.

She's an adult and hopefully will serve hard time in a federal pen plus be
requred to pay restitution to the government agencies involved and the
cruiseline.

The radio report said that Coast Guard reports their costs at over
$300,000 - that's a start.

And I wonder if she's finally wised up to the fact that *if* she had
just "suffered" through the cruise, she'd be back home in her
boyfriend's arms by now? Somehow, I think she's too thick....
