I am not sure if our son will hang our more with us or go looking for
adventure but what are your experiences will older teenagers in the
teenage groups. He gets along with kids a little younger as well as
older but I am not sure what they have to offer them?

Last Time we cruised with the kids, they were 18(boy) and 14(girl). This
was also on a Princess Cruise. Our son quickly found friends amoung the
crew and a Canadian girl a few years older then himself. He spent his
evenings with them, slept through breakfast each day.
Our daughter found a few friends of her own age. Neither was very
interested in the organized groups that Princess offered. Of course, your
kids may be completely different.
