We're leaving on Monday ... and since it is a 5 day cruise ... parking
would be $120 ... we live in NJ ... so rather than take a limo ... or
inconvenience one of our children on a monday ... right now I'm
planning to drive to the pier and park there ... How much of a problem
is it walking from parking the car ... How is luggage dropped off ..
???Any problems ... or suggestions to make it easier ..??

Parking is directly above the terminal buildings (all 3 of them). But...
there's a possibility that you may be parking on a different terminal than
your ship sails from.

What they have you do is drive up the roadway to the terminal, drop off your
luggage with one person... the other person drives up and parks the car on
the roof. Then the driver walks to the terminal where the luggage is, and
take the escalator or elevator down.

When you return... you do it in reverse. The elevator doesn't go up to the
parking level, so one person gets the car and drives back down to get the
luggage.

If it's working the ESB Webcam shows the dock area. Here's the website with
the camera zoomed in on the docks (if working): You may have to copy/paste
the URL if it wraps.

When you drive down to pick up your luggage and passengers, the trick
is to have a lot of patience and stay to the right as you approach the
pick up area.
