Next week I'll be on the Cele. Millenium. What is the earliest time I can
arrive at the terminal? I don't want to get there too early that I have to wait
for the place to open or too late and have to spend 3 hours in line.

We sailed on the Century last week (10/27-11/3). We arrived at the terminal
at 10:30 and boarded immediately. I understand Celebrity has started a new
early boarding policy to eliminate the long lines at check in. You may not
be able to go directly to your stateroom but you can enjoy touring the ship
without the crowds. Good time to take pictures of the inside of the ship.
