Bonaire has one resort called Sorobon Beach Resort. It's located on the east
side of the island. See http://www.caiw.nl/~woerkens/hotels/hotels.uk.html
for a bit more info. naturist resorts are very rare in the Caribbean.
Sorobon is situated several miles from Kralendijk south of Lac Bai (see my
homepage about Bonaire for more details; see below).

There is a nude beach right next to the Club Med in Guadeloupe.
Beautiful beach, but I believe the only resort or large hotel near it
is the Club Med. (You can stay at the Club Med and go to the nude
beach if you want).
The only true naturist resort that I know about is on Club Orient on
St. Martin. I've heard very good things about it.
Hedonism and Grand Lido, Negril are sister superinclusive resorts in
Jamaica with nude beaches. Neither club isn't entirely nude. At Hedo
you can spend a lot of time nude, including the gardens on the "nude
side", walking from your room to the beach, nude pool bars and beach
grills, giant jacuzzi, etc. It's not truly a "naturist" destination --
it's more sexually charged than typical naturist destinations, and you
need to wear something to go to dinner in any of the main dining rooms,
etc. (though it can be almost nothing). However, many naturists love
Hedo and return year after year, even though it doesn't fit into some
of the narrower views of a card-carrying-naturist destination. Children
are not allowed. Though you must be open minded about sexual freedom,
it is not quite as rowdy as it's reputation, and people have the
typical nudist respect for each other (though they don't treat it quite
as soberly as many naturists). The nude side is predominantly very
friendly couples in their late 20's - late 40's+. You can find moments
of quiet relaxation at hedo, but it is more geared toward active
socializing and partying. Grand Lido is more tranquil. email me if
you want more info (remove * from return address). I'm not selling it,
just a repeat visitor.

There was a nude beach on Terre de Haut, an island off Guadeloupe, as well.
You can read about it and see photos (no nudes on said beach at the time) of
the beach and Terre de Haut at
http://www.4windstravel.com/shows/dom/terredh.html
Phil Stripling's pages on the French West Indies, including Les Saintes (of
which Terre de Haut is one) at
http://www.cieux.com/lessaintes.html
say that Terre de Haut now has a law against nude bathing.
Club Med Caravelle apparently still does have a nude beach.
As someone noted, there are lots of nude beaches associated with (usually
expensive) resorts on Jamaica. I do know of one inexpensive resort on the
cliff that is naturist (the ciff allows privacy without owning a LOT of land).
St. Martin's Club Orient apparently has a nudist beach as part of Orient
Beach. I would guess Orient Beach as a whole is not nudist because people
keep saying it is and others say it isn't.
NB topless is not a big deal in much of the Caribbean. Or Europe.
Happy traveling!
