When we go to Jamaica, we always do the tanning bed thing first. The first
time we went my husband burned pretty bad. Since then we tan first and we
haven't had any problems. We start about two weeks before the trip doing
about every other day. Ask the counter person they can tell you how often
and how many minutes to tan. Have a wonderful holiday and a great trip to
Jamaica.
