Im planning a trip to Milwaukee Wisconsin in August. When would be the
best time to purchase my ticket...now or should i wait until June or
July?

Buy it now. Planes are quite full, it's much more likely that all the
cheap fares will sell out than that there will be fare sales.

PS: webtv? really?

looking forward to my trip....and yes. webtv...really!...what can I say,
