Need Explanations for the Air Ticket Cancellation Policy

Anyone knows what the following (cancellation policy) means in a air
ticket?

APEX FARE-NON REF/CHNG-REF PENALTY APPLY/NONEND REF REROUTABLE

As APEX is one of the lowest fares, there are a lot of restrictions.
NON REF means non refundable if you don't use your ticket.
CHNG-REF PENALTY APPLY means you will have to pay a penalty if you want to
change your booking dates (departure or return).
NONEND means non endorsable: you cannot use your ticket on another airline,
except if they have to reroute you (e.g. because of the cancellation of the
flight)

I _think_ it means the ticket is nonrefundable, meaning you don't get your
money back if you don't take your trip; and if you change your plans, you
mave to pay a "penalty" ($50 or something like that) to do it. However, you
may want to check with the airline about the value of the ticket. You MIGHT
be able to hang onto it for up to a year, and use it to help pay for another
trip on the same airline.

APEX FARE = Advanced Purchase Excursion Fare
NON REF/CHNG=Non refundable/Non change
REF PENALTY APPLY=Refundable Penalties apply
NONEND=Non endorsable
REF =???
REROUTABLE="rout can be changed voluntary"

But Carrier and Farebase of the ticket do say more about the tarif.

Seems to be a ticket for the lowest fare. Be sure, that you don't want to change anything after ticketing!!!
Or simply ask your agent!
