I forgot that I had partially paid for the three tickets with a $200
voucher (that Jet Blue had given my mother after they canceled her
flight, not rebooked her, and forced her to buy a return flight with no
advance purchase at the airport that was far more expensive than the
original Jet Blue flight).
The voucher had expired between the time I used it and today, and I
would have lost the value of it, but considering the circumstances they
re-issued it for another year. I did not ask for, or expect them to do
anything like that.
