RATTRAP: ...so I ask her, "Automatic or manual transmission?" And
SHE says--
DRONE: *Ahem*
RATTRAP: Oh, er, hi, folks!
DRONE: Yes, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Trannies, where
you can learn everything about the mating habits of the
Cybertronian Maximal, whether you want to or not.
RATTRAP: Well, excuse ME for makin' conversation...
DRONE: Some things are better off unmade.
RATTRAP: Yeah, yeah. Anyway, we're here ta hand out the Trannies
for the fan-based awards.
DRONE: Of course. In a way, these awards are the heart and soul
of this program, since here is where we recognize the
best and the brightest the fandom itself has to offer.
RATTRAP: About time this show got some sort'a dignity.
DRONE: Anyway ... to TRULY recognize the fans behind these
awards, we have decided to do something special this year.
The winners of the "TransFan of the Year" award and the
"Lovable Screwball of the Year" will each receive a FREE
T-SHIRT (or other item) of their choice, courtesy of
The Electric Escape's Shirt Shop.
RATTRAP: Located at http://www.digiserve.com/eescape/shirts/, on
Rob's web site, no less. (sarcasm) Whotta coinkidink!
DRONE: I THINK he's trying to be supportive of the fans.
RATTRAP: What *I* think ain't suitable for family television.
DRONE: So what else is new?

Dave 'Zobovor' Edwards. He is always ready to help, enlightens us
with his apparently endless knowledge and the various guides in
progress on his site. He's also quite a gentleman - most of the
time. ;)
--SILVERBOLT - Mr. Vertigo Himself
Robert Powers. He is the very model of a modern major Transfan,
folks. He doesn't flame, he doesn't engage in bitch-fests, and I think
he's gotten pissed off, like, once in the past fifty trillion years.
He writes the best episode synopses ever, he's got a mastery of TF
trivia that (almost) rivals my own, and he is damned funny to boot.
Everyone should aspire to be more like him.
--Zobovor
Thylacine2000. Consistently on-topic, intelligent, original, witty,
and interesting.
--Robert Powers
Can't we just roll Hartman, Hallit and Hartman into a ball of limbs,
and call it '3H'? I can't think of anyone else deserved of this
award.
--Griffin
Raksha -- ever polite and helpful, ever creative and intelligent, ever
patient and willing to listen to both sides of an argument. ... All I
can say is: a.t.t. doesn't know what it's missing.
--Charlotte Brogden
Brian Kilby & Co., for Radio Free Cybertron.
--Gabi "T.M." D'Galvatron
Ota Taiga ("Kaigunsantohei") - this guy's so nice, he makes Ben Yee
look nasty. *grin*
--Goktimus Prime
RATTRAP: Not even CLOSE! Zobovor by a landslide!
DRONE: Our sincere congratulations to Dave Edwards, TransFan of
the year.
RATTRAP: So just outta curiousity, do we know which shirt he
picked fer his freebie?
DRONE: Unfortunately not. That appears to be confidential
information between Zob and Rob.
RATTRAP: *GROAN!*

about 75% of ATT.
--DarkClaw
Robowang. Now let's all raise a toast to Ramjet!
--Joe "TV's Grady" Green
TigerM...@webtv.com (aka plenty of other screen names). He kept
pretending to be those other people even though his grammar and

Nightwind - how can anyone not like ATT's Denmother?

since he cooked up Poketron, one of several influences for my own

--Aaron Hong, Red Dragon AuraThunder Ranger
Dusty. He's sick, but it's 'funny-sick,' not 'sick-sick.'
--Daniel "Suspsy" Suh
Walkerton. His "Dumbass TF of the Month" keeps me laughing for
months! He should continue doing that stuff this year.
--Saudade
RATTRAP: Waitaminutewaitaminutewaitaminute! How can TrypticonX
win this? He's (probably) not even a real person!
DRONE: There were no stipulations in the rules requiring the
voters to choose only real fans.
RATTRAP: Yeah, okay, if ya wanna weasel outta it THAT way...
Seems kind'a weird to give "him" a shirt, though.
DRONE: That is a good point. Judges?
[There is a burst of static from the speakers, then a half-distracted
voice replies, "Ah, heck, let's give shirts to Tryp AND Robowang."]
DRONE: An amiable solution.
RATTRAP: Right from the big guy's big yap.

Wow. One's almost fatally clogged with off-topic crap and COMPLETE
F*CKING MORONS, one's walking and talking but more or less dead, and
the other I simply can't get behind as I feel it's too divisive to the
fandom over purely arbitrary matters, something I simply cannot

Decepticon Dominion - a truly international MUSH and it is only MUSH
where the timezone monster can't get me -- the active times correspond
to my Sunday mornings while most MUSHes are active during the middle

Thunderwing, Decepticon Dominion (Therese Svedin). Every utterance of
Therese's Thunderwing is an exquisite combination of Old World
nobility and feral menace -- but she's very nice to her
underlings! :-)
--Charlotte Brogden
Megatron@BW2. He's just so good at it.
--OptimalOptimus
Rumble on Decepticon Dominion, by Tempest. It's far too easy for a
Rumble player to make him a clueless punk and miss entirely the
elements of the character that are often overlooked, namely that for
all his street-punk demeanor, he's got a definite empathy for his
fellow Decepticons. Tempest picked up those aspects of him
beautifully, and brought him to life, balancing the adolescent kid
with the son of Soundwave. And this was a brand-new Musher, no
less....
--Raksha
Two Way Tie: Lifeline and Snake-Eyes at Transformers Universe for

Robots ... Snake-Eyes, for playing the twinkies of the Joes with a

Vindica@BWC. She's just got this ability to channel her hate through

Raksha as Whiplash on TLY. Something of a signature character for the

attitude. Autobots beware!

--Nightwind
Hirofumi Ichiwaka. Oh, man, let me count the ways. TF CHRONICLES is
simply the pinnacle of TF art. First of all, it's all based on the
TOYS, which is the true core of this little line. The man has an eye
for detail that's unbelievable... Smokescreen had window rollers and
locks on the backs of his door/wings! He made toy-Ironhide look like
a TOUGH mofo, an "older generation" robot built for heavy labor. AND
HE HAD BIG DADDY!!!
