So, I will give their names and a short discription of what was said.

This information was taken from: LEGO REVIEW; April Issue; Page: 26.
By Peter Jessen, Soborg, Copenhagen
"Peter Jessen is an old `Billund boy' who undertakes freelance
linguistic assignments for LEGO Trading as an east European
consultant, Ed."
Here's who was metioned in the order that they appear:
* Clare Douglas - Thunder Bay, Canada
- complains about being taken serious as a LEGO collector.
* Jeffrey Krites (We all know it's `Crites')
- LEGO Castle collector & the famous Castle Listing.
* T. Ogrin - Bradley University
- fathered `LEGO Wars' game & two other games with LEGO.
* One Dane -
- gave wrong info. about 1960 fire in the wooden-toy factory.
* Bruce Miller - linked into internet via U.S. govt. network.
- gives the wrong meaning behind `AG' = company.
"AG is, in fact, an abbreviation of `Aktiengesellschaft', the
German for `limited company.' In Denmark, the equivalents are
`A/S' or `as'."
* David Koblas - His `Raytraced LEGO image gallery' is shown.
- A print-out showing computer pictures of LEGO models.
* Norman Sippel
- Song he wrote for LEGO maniacs.
* James Mantor - Polytechnic student at Rensselaer, NY.
- Has injection-moulding machine and dreams of making his
own LEGO bricks.
That about covers it all. If you have any questions and/or comments
please let me know. I'll see what I can do...
Take care,
Sounds like an in-house newsletter/magazine to me. I've seen two kinds:
cute and deadly dull. This sounds like one of the cute ones. (Unless
it's a deadly dull one that Jeff has managed to lighten up by clever
excerpting and paraphrasing.)
Seriously, it sounds like we got a more friendly review from LEGO than
from .net magazine (though one would certainly hope that LEGO thought
more highly of the LEGO hobby better than .net magazine apparently
does). We can't expect an outsider to just drop in to research a
story and manage to get all the names and facts straight, and not lose
any of the substance of the postings in the translation.
