You might have heard of BrickWiki, a project to construct an
open-content Lego Encyclopedia, launched in June 2005. If not, take a
look at http://brickwiki.org/
Brickwiki aims to be a warehouse of digital knowledge on Legos and
already has 409 articles to that effect, ranging from Trains to Towers,
LDraw, and more.
Our site has grown very quickly and has overwhelmed the spare parts on
which it was running. To maintain the quality of the site, I am tending
against advertisements. So we had to recently request donations from
our users, to purchase a new and more capable server. For more
information, you can look here:

We have reached about 60% of our goal due to the dedicated efforts of
our volunteers, but more help will always be appreciated. So come on
over and check it out!
Thanks,
