I was going to bid on an auction on ebay until I looked into the bid history.
Does this look like shill bidding. Why is the seller almost always the same?

I've confirmed where a reserve auction is bid on by a friend to meet that
reserve if noone else is bidding on that item. Total cost to seller
= insertion fee. Maybe that insertion fee should be raised.
