At what speed do you need to be going in order to keep a 235 lbs man
up on a waketech board? And not wear his arms out? And do jumps and
flips?

You're a big guy Skully....with the area of a wakeboard speed is more a
function of wake size and width than speed and every boat is a little
different-but I have towed your size at 17 mph-when you talk rolls and such
you'll probably be up around 21-22mph (and you have narrower wake that you need
to clear to land rolls)...consider a 4 blade prop to hold the speed at heavier
weight (and the fat sack...remember)....so find a speed where you can get
enough air and clear both wakes-on a tournament boat the faster you go the
flatter the wake and more weight required to unflatten it. Good Luck
