Ahh! I just saw one but it was talking about vision or something.
The whole commercial was of Dan, doing Muni, and street lines. Very
sweet. I think that commercial is going to sell more unicycles than
whatever they were trying to actually sell.

The Ecko one was pretty awesome, but it was just one short clip. It had
a Moto-X guy doing a superman, then the 360 unispin off the bench, both
in slow-mo.
I had it recorded on our DVR once but with no way of transferring it to
the computer.
Haven't seen this new one...

Hey John,
The mountain part of the commercial was filmed on a 'secret' trail just
South of North Bend. I think you know the one i'm talking about...
I've been there 5 times in the last couple months and there has been a
lot of work put into lately...
We should get a group together to ride it someday soon...

Technically, Dan could already ride like that *before* Columbia came
knocking at his door. But I know what you mean, it really makes
Columbia attractive as an outfitter for unicyclists all of a sudden...
BTW Dan, how did the relationship with Columbia come about? It was an
awesome commercial (on the web site), and thanks for pointing out the
much longer version. One of my photos was even in there! Very well
done. Not bad for a guy who barely considers himself a MUni rider...

Columbia had gotten their hands on a copy of UNiVERsE 2 and contacted me
about filming a unicycling spot. They were interested in profiling
pioneers of sports that were a little bit out of the norm and this fit
well with what they wanted to do.
There are 3 other spots that will be coming out on some other pretty
neat sports/activities too...
Yes, I got some gear out of it. Pretty comfortable and functional
stuff. The shoes I wore were super protective and gripped the pedals
well.
I can't figure out how to embed quotes from other people... but sadly
there will be no Defect 2... but that is probably just because my next
film will be called something else...
