The Evans Ballbuster is a duathlon run over Boxhill in Surrey, UK.
Its a 8 mile run, 24 mile bike and another 8 mile run. It goes around
an 8 mile loop- once on each run and 3 times on the bike, taking in
a 3 mile climb each time.

Having had a 3 week rest after ironman, I decided I wanted to do another
race this year and the ballbuster sounds like something to get your teeth
into.
And with entry free for women, how could I resist?

At least it will give me something else to think about, rather than
checking
the IMC web site 10 times a day!

Anyone else doing the ballbuster ?
