What is the riding scene in Denver like? I heard there is a big tri scene
in Boulder, but how is road riding in Denver? Is there a bike community,
semi-understanding motorists, or decent roads? (does this exist anywhere?)

I am curious what the scene is like.

Thanks,
Scott

Sure does, but right now it's a bit cold. Even the timber truck drivers pass
wide and ordinary drivers actually slow and wait to pass instead of passing
too close. Same applies to drivers on the narrow unsurfaced roads where I
run.

Wrong continent for you though :-)
