I've posted the 2003 version of the Tri-Force UK triathlon club
training log. Its a relatively simple training log that allows you to
track swim/bike/run distances/times/speeds and weight. Along with
plenty of room for comments on how you felt, where you went etc.

We've added some extra summary reports this year. Thanks to Iain
Curtis who does the work. Its an Excel Spreadsheet but has also been
tested in Open Office and Lotus 1-2-3 where it works fine except for a
couple of minor view macros.

http://www.tri-force.org click on Training then training log.

++Mark.

Excellent spreadsheet, very comprehensive...

I notice in your instructions you say run/bike distances must be in miles.
I can't see any reason that using kms would mess anything up. Just need to
change some column headers. Have I missed something??

I spent my first 35 years using miles in your part of the world, but kms
are the norm in New Zealand so my head has been converted!! The distances
look better too!!

Great work, thanks a lot....
