du/triathlon scene. A schedule of events follows, and, as the season
progresses, a list of results will be added. I will also include
information on various clubs and training groups. If you have anything

The FIRM Rockbuster off road duathlon was held Sunday Apr.23 with a
finishing field of 131 individuals and 23 relay teams. The course was

mile run, 7 mile bike and a 2 mile run.

Championship
Race. The top FIVE finishers in EACH AGE GROUP will Qualify.
The course is a very challenging 3-20-3 multi-loop. A must for
hill climbers.

For those of you that live in the Worcester MA area there is a group of
us that do an open water swim every Friday morning at 6:30. The swim is
in Bell Pond on RT 9. All are welcome to join us and bring a wetsuit.
