convention which USA is bound to follow - that makes GW a criminal. Do
they have life penalty in Texas?

judging by the interview i saw yesterday, he looks younger, healthier
and happier than 2 yrs ago when he left office. guess you better get
in front of the scene instead of behind it.

Yes, but that's the rub. There is no agreement that waterboarding is
torture so there is no consensus that the GC applies so, therefore the
premise of this thread is incorrect.

It's also obvious here that some here -- those closeted fudgepackers
Kehoe, Felangey, Dave, Ali -- have not been waterboarded enough.
Perhaps they should combine ass pounding with a shower and get the
same effect.
