Yes, and I was also thinking while listening to the huge support
Federer got yesterday in London, that actually there were only a
couple of insane Federer fans, but they made the noise 1000 times.
Because here in rst we know that actually nobody likes him, except a
few insane Federer fans.
So true. And yet, it was almost like they were way noisier for Federer than
the entire crowd were earlier for local boy Andy Murray...those goshdarnit
big-lunged couple of Fed fans. Ah but not only are they insane, but they
were drunk also - as testified by our other fedha....I mean reporter,
Iceberg. This probably explains everything. Fedfans are drunk looneys. I
mean they'd have to be right? To make so much noise....to even think about
supporting such a self-adoring, unlikeable, crap tennis player like Roger?
except fed fans are not as pathetic as fed haters...you confirm it beyond
any doubt
Absurd comment. That's like a reporter finding out that the presidential
election was rigged but writing that there's no problem since the
winning candidate was quite popular at his election speech anyway...

Well I voted Nadal, once.

lol
I wonder if anyone in rst voted for Federer.
Gio voted at least 500 times. mark my words!
they were indeed! most of them were all drinking seriously excessive
amounts of beer and there were even these mad Swiss fans above who
kept chanting some kind of war song involving "Rogo" or something.
Perhaps, in Rafa's twilight, his fans will care enough about him to do
likewise... we will have to wait and see...
P
Horrible spin Patrick. Throwing morality to trash bin is not "caring
enough" ffs.

I think TT reads the facebook comment and says to himself, "Why didn't I
think of that?"

I don't spin... that's you projecting... just commenting on desperate/
caring Fed fans IF this was the case... shows passion... rightly or
wrongly, done all the time in US all star voting in basketball and
hockey and baseball... same old, same old...
P
It's accepted as a 'part of the process' in US all star voting...
shows the rabid passion of fans for certain players... done all the
time... no biggie...
P
You're kidding?
Isn't this against the spirit of the awards - ie 1 fan 1 vote, so we can
see the true measure of popularuty?
Why does Federer attract cheaters as fans?
Nope, does not show passion if it's not informed publicly that one can
vote indefinitely. It's just cheating and pissing on other people's votes.
I doubt that the kiddo who voted fed 1000 times is that much more
passionate for fed than I'm for Nadal...
I believe someone casting thousand votes is relatively in same
proportion as one person having millions of votes at presidential elections.
I knew about it, but chose to vote only once because otherwise it
becomes meaningless.

Look above.
I could easily use a program casting votes, some random function to
change email addresses...the outcome would be entirely defined by me. lol.
Djokovic at his victory speech next year: Thank you all my fans and
especially TT who contributed 50% of all the votes this year.
Why would you vote for Djokovic?
BTW, are you suggesting in this thread that only Federer got multiple
votes from the same people, and not any other player? Do you have some
evidence for that?
Good question. And the answer is YES!
Having all this power I could go insane.
:)
Yes, those insane Djokovic fans...
You forgot to answer the other part of my post. This is dangerous to
take up subjects like this. It could be revealed that actually even
more Nadal fans voted 1000 times...
Just make your pick. I could quite easily do it from any of the
candidates next year. "WHAT?! NIEMINEN HAS MOST FANS????"
Maybe they should start calling it TT idol awards from now on...
:)

I know some voted multiple times for Nadal. I doubt they did it 1000
times though, generally posters at Nadal forums were not in favour of
the idea for voting like that. The idea came from someone reading fed
forums...My guess is fedfans have done it previously too.
After the vote the consensus was that it's good Rafa didn't win it,
Federer deserves prize for more insane fans! :)
1000 votes could easily be the gap between Federer and Nadal who got 47%
and 42% of total votes. Usually total amount of votes on ATP polls is
few thousands, on polls you can vote only once from same computer(of
course that too can probably be sidestepped by using proxies).
IMDB votes can be manipulated too, I imagine...by using multiple
accounts, which is the hardest way. At least they're manipulated by fans
giving 1's to movies that are above their favourites. It's really nice
to know that "Inception" and "Dark Knight" are top 10 movies of all time...
Where was I again...yeah, that kind of voting makes the vote
meaningless. Anyway, Rafa's match is about to
begin...vaaaaamooooooooooos! This is crucial match.

Yes, and we all know that Rafa's fans are humble people and would always
announce their plans to stuff the ballot box on a public forum beforehand.
Good post.

One guy who does something a thousand times compared with a thousand
guys who, when Nadal looks at his uncle for instructions, look the other
way. A thousand guys who spend time memorizing pi instead of 16>9. A
thousand guys who can't understand why their eggs are overcooked when
they use the same wrist watch that says only 20 seconds have passed
before Nadal starts to serve. You and the other 999 guys who only voted
once, really short attention spans, eh?
LNC
....ouch! :)
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA POOR TT!!!!
NO HONEY, ROGER IS THE FANS FAVOURITE PLAYER, HE'S THE MOST LOVED AND
ADMIRED PLAYER, U DEAL WITH IT LOL
cheating? don't throw stone TT in your glass house... :)
P
And did you hear the ovation Fed got when he went out to get the
trophy... says it ALL... globally speaking, clearly the fan favourite
male player of his generation...

Nah, that's just Fedfuckers from rst manipulating equipment in the sound
booth.... duh!
;)
that's also exlplain the LOTS of BOOOOS for rafa on the FO!!!
that's pretty obvious but it's SO funny see TT desperate and upset
cause Roger is the most loved player and Rafa is not LOL
How many hundred times did you vote?
how many times Rafa picked his ass today??? I'm sure I voted way less
times than that ;-)
