This must be a big misunderstanding. Maybe the texts never got through or she doesn't check them regularly. Swiatek will probably e-mail him an apology when she hears about this. Maybe something like,

"Dear Carlos, so sorry I did not notice your texts. I promise that not answering you had nothing at all to do with your hair, teeth, or complexion."

She's no beauty IMO but she looks better there. She needs a stylist to help with her wardrobe, etc. The more she wins, the more she will be spruced up and make changes to her appearance(sponsors will demand it.) Look at Federer pre and post slam winning days. Huge changes were made and he was made into a luxury spokesperson(Mercedes, Rolex, etc.) A person with elegance and great hair(back then.)

Sampras was nerdy with poor social skills but never bad-looking IMO. When you cleaned him up he looked ok.

Alcaraz isn't bad looking either. He needs a makeover, i.e. clear up the skin, fix the teeth and let his hair grow out. If he wins big things, you'll see the changes because he doesn't look like a socially awkward guy like Sampras was. He seems to like the spotlight.

Maybe not a beauty, but there is also no glaring flaw to mar her appearance as with certain others on the tour. I think Iga could "glam up" nicely with a makeover.

Yes, she just needs to glam up a little. She'll never be an Ivanovic but if she makes some changes to her appearance and wardrobe she'll look better. It'll happen if she wins more slams and attains big sponsorships.
