If you had to choose a player that you'd most LIKE to win the FO,
other than one of the big 3, who would it be?
not who you think's going to win, I'd choose Gulbis.

I'd love to see a re-run of the 2008 final. I guess the guys that fixed
the draw wanted that too.

Icey, good question. I'm going with Gulbis too. I like his game a lot.

I hadn't thought about him. But he was involved in that match-fixing
scheme, so he's out for me. Plus his game is boring as hell. I like
Jerzy too and he wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

Actually I wouldn't mind Llodra winning it-- serve and volleyer!

Is Nalby in the draw?

Tsongas. It is the *French* Open. Gasquet would do.

In the draw? Ferrer, Tsonga, Dimi, Stan, Haas, TheFog, Goatbis....if I had
to choose one.....probably Tsonga.

Rafael Nadal is not one of the big 3, isn't he #4 at this time?
Anyway I choose Rafa.

Fed Of course so he can have at least 2 of every slam, and 18 slam would be unreal

Gulbis? Hell no! I don't like him. Don't care much for Jerzy
either(another shirt-ripper, no thanks!) The only guy I want to win
the FO is Federer but I don't think he will. I have not formed enough
of an attachment to any of the other players to care whether they win
it or not--i.e. below the top four.

Dang, does Jerzy rip his shirt too? I never saw that, so he's off my
good list now. I detest that. When Nole does it, it's beyond sickening!

agreed the up and comer don't do it for me i think I have Gasquet to thank for that after his coke-head failed I said fuck the next generation. I know they will need to have a one handed backhand. I'm not a fan of two-handed backhand. aside from Marat and Andre but that was because they had swagger. also I believe one time safin was asked how he played so well today and he said i took a shot of vodka. After that i was a fan for life.

I would like to see Stepanek win Roland Garros - just to see his
entertaining victory celebration! Plus I enjoy his playing style...

For the women, I would love to see Wozniacki win it.

Wozniacki can't even get past a first round lately.

Yes, the current younger men's players are not exactly the most
inspirational. I like Dimitrov's game style but he is really a very
poor version of Federer. Hopefully Dimitrov can get it together a
little more at some point. I like Raonic because he has a good head on
his shoulders. He dumped his coach so I hope that is a good sign.
Tomic has some talent but I can't stand him. Don't like Jerzy either.
Don't like Gulbis.

Your point?

The question was whom one would like to see win Roland Garros - regardless
of recent results...

Don't have a point, other than my opinion that Wozniacki's chances of
winning a slam are slim to nil. I know what the question was.
