Can anyone think of any grandslam finals that have been won due to
walkovers/retirements?

I can only think of one, the Aussie Open final with Edberg and Lendl
where Edberg retired in the third set, but I have a niggling feeling
there was a final where one of the players didn't even make it onto
court.
Can anyone remember one? ( I don't think its the Liption with Muster
that I'm half remembering, but I guess it could be).
