Swimming pool in Forest Hills/Queens

Please,

Can someone tell me if there is a decent (cheap, clean and large)
swimming pool thatI could use according to my schedule (diffenrent night,
evening and day shifts; weeks and weekends as well).

There is a YM-YWHA in Forest Hills and a YMCA and a Recreation Center in
Jamaica (not too far away). (I grew up in Queens, in an area known as
Briarwood, so I sort of know the geography). Good luck!
