Chelsea 2 goals off total 3 corners. Whatever Rodgers' set-piece
defense philosophy is it is clearly shit, I don't ever remember seeing
this many blown markings on set pieces in one season.

It did seem that way but they haven't shown a conclusive close-up. If
proven then it could end his season as the commentator said, and
possibly be the end of his Liverpool career as well. I don't see him
wanting to stay with us past this season.

Start them I mean.

We can't afford to sell Suarez. We should do a RVP or Ronaldo with him, he'd play another season committed even if he wants to leave. He's not the type to check out (Adebayor) or throw a tantrum for that (Modric).

Alright, saw the conclusive evidence. It was almost comical, he bared
his fangs and clocked his head back before sinking them into
Ivanovic's arm. He's done for the season.

I don't know, what if he has a dip in form next season? His first
season wasn't that spectacular. Torres was a one season wonder too.
Right now we could get 40m pounds for him, might be time to cash in.
We shouldn't aspire to keep superstars until we can get back in the
UCL, they would never want to stay.

I think that the biting incident has lowered his selling price a lot. Who wants to buy a player who obviously
has something wrong in his head in a major way. A huge shame, because he might be one of the best players in the
game, but he will always be remembered only for his antics.

So who would buy him? Milan has done great things in rehabilitating dinosaurs, could they work with a mental
case? Maybe some team with way more money than sense (Anzhi, PSG). I really dont see either Real or Barca
competing for him. And I hope that Liverpool have enough clout not to sell to a team in the same league.

We will not get a player his class for a while. Take the ban and move on.

Other teams have survived players fighting fans or ending careers. If he leaves it should be on our terms and at top dollar and because Rodgers/Henry decide that we can handle losing him from the XI, not because the media dictate it or to make some idealistic moral point.

Judging from the latest comments coming in from Ayers and Rodgers, I'm
suspecting that there's serious thoughts brewing right now about
letting him go this summer.

He'll end up at one of the Milan clubs, both are cash strapped and

Juventus, as long as the money is not too big. They are short up front.
Have also been willing to take on players with baggage in the past
(Mutu springs to mind but there have been others too if I am not mistaken).

He wants to win more than anything, that is what makes him so good. It
makes him score great goals and win games, it makes him run at 100% all
the time, but sometimes it goes too far and he does silly stuff like
yesterday.

He is less of a liability than Zidane was. ZZ got sent off for
headbutting almost regularly, Suarez is much cooler - he just uses less
accepted means to fight pesky defenders.

If Henry and Rodgers (I'd like for them to agree) decide, then we'll have to leave it. It just should be on our terms, and not on a cheap. We should get what we can. I'm seeing a lot of "what's best for the club", but don't forget we're also trying to get into the ECL and we ARE a rebuilding team. So yes, the playing side of things comes into it--players of Suarez's footballing ability are NOT a a dime a dozen--and *especially* the kind that would come to Liverpool.

The switft statement from the team means that it's being taken seriously, I don't think there'll be appeals or anything to whatever is handed out, but I'd at least wait. i wouldn't sell in a panic just because the media is upset. Like I said, other clubs have welcomed back players that asasult fans, or that assault others on the pitch and end their careers, and I didn't see that those clubs were suddenly considered "classless".

There's no room for him at Milan and I doubt they'll pay good money on a
striker for some time. I was never sold on the Barcelona rumours. He bit
someone in Holland as well. He's a nasty piece of work who needs a good
kicking. I think one of the Russians or PSG would take him. I'd like to
see him get into a fight with Ibrahimovic.

You said "If Liverpool have any class they'll cancel his contract and
send him on his way." Since Man U didn't cancel Cantona's contract for
an even more brutal attack, does it follow that they have no class?

We know you often struggle with the English language, so think hard
about the logic of this one before you respond.

United suspended Cantona for 4 months (increased by the FA to 8
months) He was arrested and convicted for assault, resulting in a
two-week prison sentence. This was overturned in the appeal court and
instead he was sentenced to 120 hours of community service.
He was also fined £20,000.
The Football Association fined him a further £10,000. Manchester
United also fined Cantona two weeks' wages and he was stripped of the
French captaincy.

I think he was punished for his sin

Seems like your scumbag of a club are simply fining the animal Suarez
and announcing they will "stand by him" The FA ban won't be anywhere
near 8 months.

If there's one thing we've learned from over 20 years of MMA weight and
height matter. Suarez would get slaughtered. I doubt Suarez would be
able to hurt Ibrahimovic with his punches and kicks, he's not trained,
he doesn't have the weight behind them to hurt someone that big.
Taekwondo isn't the best martial art by any means but practitioners know
how to punch and kick and that would be enough to take out any non grappler.
