I haven't really looked at this yet, but since Nate Silver is involved
(American statistical wunderkind) I have high hopes.

Well, England is rated too hight. That is for sure. They have not
beaten anybody of quality. Italy is too low. Italy and Brazil are the
teams to beat next world cup. Good luck to the rest of you who are
just fillers there.

LOL. Are you Australians still mad about the last WC. We outsmarted
you. Not hard to do considering your whole dirty country was founded
as a penal colony for england. You are after all criminals. By the
way..... I think the dingo ate your baby. LOL......... Australia......
what a joke.

Buried in here is that they also have ratings for individual players--
would be interesting to see that list as well.

Uh-Oh, seems that the Aussies are bringing the VEGEMITE, beware the
VEGEMITE, you Italians have no defense against it.

You were not cheated. The penalty was a penalty. the problem is,
Australia is a great rugby nation and knows little about football. I
would say your effort against a 10 man Italy was good but Italy is in
the end a real footballing nation. The same way I would not expect
Italy to beat autralia in rugby is how australia could not beat Italy
in football at a WC finals. The way in which you all behaved and
yelled and cried afterwards was a joke. Instead of learning something
from the experience you learned nothing. Your defender slid into the
path of an a player in the penalty box heading towards the net. What
did you think would happen??? Hopefully that same defender has learned
you don't do that. Good luck in South Africa even though you do not
deserve to be there. I can think of at least 4 European countries who
did not make it and are way better than you. You are fillers in the
WC. Accept that and move on. Just like Australia has no real standing
in the world politics and policies the same holds true for your
standing or should I say lack of standing in world football.Go to
South Africa and have fun, leave the real football to countries like
Brazil and Italy.

It is well known, of course, that the Italians would never "yell and
cry" after a reversal. Not ever.

Prick.

The English probably thought they might get revenge against us too but
it is 60 years and counting as of next year's tournament. Mexico would
like a shot too but they'll have to wait :-)

You Ozzies might not get another shot at Italy in 50 years...

Look, shove your stupid aussie football team uo your ass and buzz off.
Just as an example, when Italy was robbed against South Korea here is
what happned:

1. The referree in the match from Equador was later arrested in
Equador for taking bribes and fixing games.

2. RAI, the state television in Italy sued FIFA for lost revenue after
that loss and oddly enough FIFA settled out of court for an
undisclosed amount.

When we yell and cry there is merit.

Greaseballs are always yelling and crying, it's in their DNA.
