After 90 mins Man U 1 - 0 Sun.
2-2 on agg

Away goal rules comes into play after Extra time.

I think this is why people like the cups so much in England, you get to
see the smaller clubs make a final on occasions.

MU 1 - 0 Sun
105min
Januzaj with some nice work, sends Chicarito on a breakaway, but he
shoots well wide.

Good back and forth game, Sunderland have had 10 corners so far, in fact
the half ends on a Sunderland corner

Both teams playing like they want to lose even in penalties.

Both several orders below City, but it'll be a one-off game anything can happen, game raisers, etc etc. so either could get a result.

Why are Sunderland going to OT and looking like a home team?

And people say that there's no "psychology" to sport. Both teams were clearly scared shitless during the penalties.

And now Johnson is saved, this might go on all night?

They don't want to play City. Probably the scum's most humiliating
defeat this season. Chelsea can really put the squeeze on United for
Mata, their desperation increases.

I was thinking the same, but the way things are going, making the final
would have been their best shot to make Europe next season

UCL (hey Chelsea and Liverpool have done it while finishing outside top 4) or Mata are two different ways they could get into Europe yet.

Is the Mata transfer real? I cant believe Mourinho would let him go to
a rival?

I think BBC is one of the more trustworthy sites? They say the transfer
is real?

They're going to need a lot more than Mata to get 4th. Their defence is
horrible. Everton have shot their load so that leaves Liverpool and
Spurs to chase down. Liverpool are weak defensively as well. Who knows
how long Adebayor can maintain his form. Rooney & RVP give the scum a
chance. Hopefully they tank in Europe and the players then cave under
the pressure.

Kind of a slam on both Mata and Man Utd.
