riedell carrera skates sizing

I have been skating on inline skates foe several years and would like
to try quads. I'm thinking about buying a a pair of Reidells from ebay
or craigslist. Reidells apear to come only in full sizes. I wear an
81/2. Should I get an 8 or a 9?

There is no way to know without trying them on. It depends on the shape of
your feet and how that matches up with the shape of the skates.
