K2 WARRANTY REPAIR CENTER ADDRESS ?

I'm having a hell of a time finding someone who can either replace my
cuff rivet or give me address to k2 service center. The Sportmart
I bought them at seemed perplexed when i said i needed them sent back
to k2. They are a K2 retailer and i see the k2 demo's over there all
the time but it seems they are most accustomed to exchanging
merchandise and since my skates are over a year old they need to be
sent to k2. If anyone knows the address of the facility that does the
warranty skate repairs i would appreciate it, thanks.

Either way you'll have to return them through a K2 dealer. They need to
call k2 and get a RA# (Return Authorization) before it can be sent back to
the company. Any box should have the k2 address..its something like 19215
SW Vahson Hwy, Vashon WA...zip??? tell those sportmart guys to get of their
rears and do some customer service..btw why'd you tell them they were more
than a year old anyway? From the sounds of it they'd never know the
difference...

I got mine (K2 cuff rivet) fixed at a place that specializes in agressive
skating. This kind of repair is common with the way street skaters punnish
their gear..
