In her autobiography, Janet Lynn mentions winning junior nationals
with a triple salchow. Hope this helps.

And don't forget about Denise Bielmann's triple lutz when she won her
world title WAY back in 1981.

We know she was doing it years before 1981,the question is who else was?

And don't forget Elaine Zayak in 1982. . . she really started the triple
jump thing, as I recall, in international competition, because of all the
triples she did (altho she did some jumps more than once.) In fact, a
rule was enacted because of her regarding triple jumps in competition. . .
anyone remember the details of it? I think it was something about not
repeating a jump unless in competition.
