like me when I was his age (except he is a boy), the 11 year old looks
like me also from the neck up, my 8 1/2 year old however looks like no
one. I know he's mine since I gave birth to him and he never left my
side after that, and I know he's my husband's because...well, we won't
go there. The youngest child, my almost 5 year old looks like my 11
year old. It can happen Ann. Get a life. Please.

reading this newsgroup for the past few weeks I have to ask...... who cares
about Nancy Kerrigan's son? From whom he came, what he does, what he looks
like, I can't believe anyone on this list cares. I know I don't. Am I
wrong or is this list supposed to be about ice skating, if so, where does
the son figure in to this?
Also if there are some out there that want to sling gossip, well I am sure
that nothing I could say would possible stop them. Some might argue that
the "stars" by being public figures should expect gossip, personally I think
it is a waste of my valuable time, however; I think when you bring in the
stars families, whether it is Nancy's son or Kristie's mother or whatever, I
think then you have crossed the line, it isn't right and on some level you
*must* know it. Please leave children out of you hateful gossip, it is just
wrong.

As far as the Snide comments to the "illuding" that Jerry is not the father, I
wont even bother with that crazy notion.
However, I too noticed that Their son is Very dark skinned and his features do
not at all look like either one of them. I only atribute this to genetics, a
little thing called ressesive genes, It can be on either side of the famille or
just on one. Either way, I must say, the child Definalty has attained ressesive
genes from one or both of his parents.
JMO! and I am NOT siding or agreeing with Ann's comments, I am only saying I
too made the observation of the boys looks every time I have seen him on tv.(I
saw him on too in the dead of winter and he is one tan looking child compaired
to his mothers pasty white skin)

opera fans. Paternity would rank high on the list. Is Daria REALLY
Sergei's daughter? Based on looking at her picture and at Sergei, I
would have to rate it at 99 percent with an endless series of 9s after
the decimal point. But we can check Michael Weiss' pretty soon, when
the features start to form!
Or, we could just discuss skating. But that would be SO limiting!

Recessive genes play a big part sometimes. I have red hair, pale pale
skin, green eyes, and lots of freckles. My mom, dad, and 3 brothers all
have dark hair, tan skin, brown eyes, and no freckles. When I was little I
would say I was adopted, but pictures of my mom holding me at the hospital
proved different, and I know they would never do that and not tell me. (
Sorry--get back to point) We can go back as far as our family records go
which go really far back. And nobody has red hair. The only one in our
distant family that might resemble the hair has brown hair with red tints
cause she highlights it.
My point is that I may not really look like my parents by my outside but
did you look at the bone structure? The smile? You can't tell now but the
height? That's the only way I look like my parents.
He could get his tan skin or whatever else from really far back genes-
like me.

I've seen them all in person. Jerry is darker skinned than Nancy, who is quite
fair. Both Jerry and Nancy have very curly hair, and so does Matthew. When I
saw Matthew, Jerry was holding him, and I immediately noticed how much they
looked alike. Then Nancy came over, and I thought he looked like his
mother--he has her eyes, his mouth, etc.
I can't believe I just responded to this. He's a cute little boy, leave him
alone.

Matthew has African-American features, along with a medium-dark
complexion and kinky hair. I believe that Jerry Solomon is *not* his
biological father. If I were Jerry, I would seek a blood test to

I read them, and I believe that you're wrong with regard to Matthew.
I think that it's highly likely that Matthew was sired by a man other
than Jerry Solomon. We all know that Nancy Kerrigan doesn't have much

I was merely responding to a comment addressing the fact that my child
doesn't have a father. That is, of course, true ... and it's also true

<shrug> The issues are entirely different. Deliberately doctoring nude
photos on a public website so that it appears that someone else posed
for the photos is a far cry from asserting one's personal doubts in a
newsgroup about a child's paternity based upon the child's appearance.
In this instance, I'm merely expressing my opinion, given Matthew's
appearance, and Nancy's lack of morals.
For my money, Matthew appears to be bi-racial ... and therefore I have
my doubts as to who really sired Matthew - especially given Nancy's lack
of morality in pursuing an affair with a married man. :-)

Hehe. My buddies and I would call her "Chiclet Teeth". :) It's better to
watch la Kerrigan after a few drinks because she looks even funnier-looking,
and her answers are even dumber sounding. Now that was a drinking game
during her eligible career. Every time she had the scared near-suicide look,
take a drink. Every time she pops the lutz into a single, another drink.
Every time she was asked a fluff question and she still had to raise her
eyebrows to give a stupid answer, another drink. I'd rework the jaw. She
does have a serious overbite in addition to those chiclet teeth.

is pretty much beside the point. What probably is more important is
how people can be distracted from their focus by a certain type of
comment. In fact, if there weren't a cadre here intent on policing
forms of expression, I can't see that Ann or anyone else would be
compelled to prod them as she does.

Yes, in part this is true. However, people continue to respond to the
posts that are troll-like and that continues the whole thing. I don't
have much faith that that will ever change. Even those who say they
