I would like to find some skate fans out here - is there anyone left from
the prodigy of days gone by - like eight or nine years ago before everything
was via internet - how about some of you who used to be on the bulletin
boards? Is anyone still around - How about Di Lampkin?

I was, but I've always been more of a lurker. Jennifer Lyon was on Prodigy too,
I believe. Nothing like racking up all of that "Plus" time!

What does *what* have to do with Michelle Kwan? Please quote or give a
BRIEF paraphrase.

This newsgroup is prone to "thread drift", where threads that begin on
one topic gradually drift off to others - often completely unrelated to
the original topic.

I was Prodigy way back when. I remember being third in a mock worlds
contest where I was the "skater." I also seem to recall Mark Mitchell
posting there every so often. I may be wrong about the exact skater,
but his name keeps coming to mind.

I was on Prodigy back then for a brief time - I remember that a bunch of us
left because someone (the board leader?) insulted Morry. I think that it was
Mark Mitchell who posted there. Didn't Paul Wylie also host a chat or
something?

I was on Prodigy until about1995, and I remember Doug Ladret posting on the
board every now and then.

I was also on the boards back then. Doug stopped posting, when he got fed
up with some of the nasty things said about the skaters, who of course, were
his friends.

P.S. Many of those people moved over to AOL at the same time Morry did.
