More than most GP sides, the core of Worcester is the SH retirement home.
Latham is the most key player they have, and he is leaving. If the other SH
players decide to go, they've got nobody of class. I don't think they
develop players very well from their academy, despite the noises Ruddock has
been making about that we rarely see anyone come through as they have to
play their high-earners.

I think Worcester need to go down for a season. They need to play their
youngsters and get some time together as a team where they're not getting
thrashed by everyone. They need to increase the numbers in their squad
instead of paying huge fees to overseas superstars they can't afford. I
think Leeds, who have built a decent core in their season in the lower
leagues (as Saints did) are in a better position than them for the latter
half of the season, despite the current table standings.

My prediction is Warriors for the drop, and it actually being the best thing
that could happen to them.

Fingers crossed it's not Bath.
That wasn't even funny 2-3 months back.....

Not going to happen now. They'll crawl up to mid-table by the end of the
season.
