Fair suck of the sav Glenn! Everybody knows 99& of rape victims
are asking for it! Particularly if she's wearing a mini-skirt
or is under 16. Ask any British Judge...

In the meantime... WELEASE WOGER WANDLE!

As a direct result of what happened in South Africa, for the rest of the Super
12 season the Wellington Hurricanes players had a complete alcohol ban
imposed by their management - ie. from the time they came together as a squad
before a game until they disbanded afterwards, there was no alcohol consumed,
not even at their post match celebrations.

According to the lengthy article in Rugby News Today, the new evidence
consists solely of the testimony of the woman and a policeman called
Chetty. It goes like this:

The woman went back to the hotel room with Randle and Leavasa. She says
they were all drinking but while later tests showed she had been
drinking heavily there were no traces of alcohol in Randle. She blacked
out and claims she was drugged, but tests found no traces of drugs in
her system. Pissed as a rat more like and rooted everything she could
get her hands on. She says she woke up with blood running down her leg
and started screaming. She can't remember anything so how in the hell
they were going to build a rape case on her testimony I have no idea.

Police found semen from three men on the sheets and her hotpants but
none inside her. The rape is looking real solid so far. A doctor said
her injuries (bruises and internal tears) were consistent with rape, but
a walloping good root would probably have exactly the same affect.

What a pity the case did not proceed to court. Any half decent defence
attorney would have shot her case so full of holes the judge would have
laughed her out of the courtroom.

The police say they dropped her case because she was an unreliable
witness because of her mental state.

And that says it all.

So it was ok if she was drunk and he was sober.

Ah, so rape is only if you ejaculate inside the person. Obviously it is not
possible that Mr Randle decided to withdraw and reduce the chance of an
unwanted child. Maybe he was in fact totally sober and thinking straight.

>her injuries (bruises and internal tears) were consistent with rape, but

Surely you jest!

>What a pity the case did not proceed to court. Any half decent defence

He would have struggled with the fact that Randle in his statement said that
the only time he touched her was when he held her hand at the nightclub and
yet DNA tests matched his semen on her hotpants.

>The police say they dropped her case because she was an unreliable
>witness because of her mental state.

If she had been gang raped then wouldn't her mental state be a bit shakey.

>
>And that says it all.

You are so right!

In the end the most we can say about Mr Randle is that we are not sure if he
did anything or not. We are however a bit suspicious about his semen being on
her clothes when he claims nothing happened.

Of course as Daryl says "<sigh> A jury, having heard and assessed all of the
evidence, decides if he's guilty" and as it did not go to court we will not
know if he is guilty or not .... unlike OJ Simpson, who we all now know did
not kill his girlfriend.

No one ever asks to be assaulted and raped. And before anyone
starts with the 'noone proved she was line' that's not the point of
this posting.

I'm not saying that she was raped but frankly
I find the attitude you just showed above appauling.

I hope you can explain this to attitude you your mum or sister or lover

Why? Because some woman comes up to you and claims that a player in
your team raped her yet she cant identify which player it was?

Also she thought she was rooting Lonah too. From other reports she
sounds like a bit of a root bag, out for a good time. She got what she

It's funny how an entire people can pick up a particular label on the
strength of one or two postings. To set the record straight...Some Kiwis
don't follow rugby, we're not all sheep farmers and some of us are as
repelled by rape as anyone else.

The only thing appaling is that this woman has accused someone of
raping her when the person she was shagged by was his room mate and
yet no one has said that she shouldnt have accused an innocent man of
rape.

What your saying is that its ok to go around and accuse people of rap
that never rapped you. That kind of behaviour is acceptable yet she
very nearly ended his rugby career, and no doubt his relationship with
his wife.

If she was so sure that Randel rapped her she should have continued
with her complaint but instead we see that she was all crap and that
she wasnt actually rapped by Randel. Hell she cant even remember who
the hell she was rooting at the time!!!!

Yes, I quite agree. This rapping has got to stop. Bloody annoying,
especially when I hear it on the radio. You'd think these people who
have to talk their lyrics obviously don't have enough talent to sing and
shouldn't be allowed to make records.

No wonder this woman in SA tried to prosecute Roger Randle. Being rapped
in a hotel room at that hour of the morning would have been bloody
annoying, especially when you were expected a damn good shagging.

Roger probably said:

"Get your funky thing offa the floor
Then get your sorry ass outa the door
I'm a good homeboy an' I don't mess around
So get your funky thing offa the ground

Get your white ass outa the door
I ain't doin' it with no Japie whore
My Kiwi homegirl is waitin' for me
So I ain't doin' it even for free!"

No wonder she was pissed off.

Brilliant!!! You are next in line for a White Merceedes Limo, white suit,
gold jewelery, (including one front tooth) and an exclusive right to go
round saying YO YA MOMMA before being shot dead in a drive-by by some one

A woman who is drunk and out for a good time is not asking for rape.
You don't know that facts and neither do I, and the same can be said for
most on this ng.

That she thought she was "rooting" Jonah is innuendo. To suggest she
asked for it shows what a complete dick head you are.

I am not taking hers or anyone elses side. I just think Randle and his
mates are idiots for putting themselves and their team in a nasty
situation. In this day and age, you can't hide the antics that went on
in the old days.

Is that an inference I label people? I don't think I do. In the past I
have argued that SA players shouldn't be labelled as dirtier than those
from elsewhere. I don't believe in such generalistions.

Well then, if you werent commenting about the case then what are you
doing? Your certainly not adding anything constructive to the
discussion.

Its a fact that she is a root bag that thought she had scored Lomu but
when she woke up in the morning suddenly realising that Lomu wasnt
anywhere near SA all she could do to save face was to scream rape and
poor old Randle just happen to be in the hotel room when she started
her bullshit case.

Lets cut the crap, this SA root bag lied to the police about being
raped, because of here false allegations she unfairly painted Randle
as a rapist (which is something that he will have to live with for the
rest of his life).

However in the end she tells the police that she no longer wishes to
persue criminal charges of rap against Randle, why? Because she knows
that she wasnt raped thats why.

But not being content with letting the game go suddenly a couple of
days after Randles WEDDING she once again pops her ugly little head in
to his life by continueing with her baseless, scurriless lies of being
raped by Randle. Coincidental that she should raise the spectre of
rape so soon after Randles wedding isnt it.

In the end this SA root bag deserves everything she gets, christ even
her ex partner knew her as a root bag and told the police so as well.
